Sprit Guides 101

This “Spirit Guide 101” workshop is designed to answer all of your questions about working with spirit guides, including benefits, risks, and precautions when working with guides, as well as strategies for strengthening that connection in order to receive guidance and healing.

We’ll go into why it’s helpful to work with spirit guides in the first place (as compared with your higher self, for example), the discernment necessary to do so safely, and the different types of spirit guides that we have available.

‍

We’ll touch briefly on ancestors, lost loved ones and spirit animals, but this workshop will primarily be focused on connecting with deities and ascended masters that are *already* on your “spirit team” from past lives when that relationship was intact.

‍

We’ll discuss the ways that communication with your guides can be interfered with in the astral and strategies for mitigating that interference.

‍

During the shadow work journey, I’ll create an energetic container for you to connect with your guides, allowing space for them to share messages and facilitate any healings or activations. This guided meditation will also feature past life healing work to clear any trauma imprints or preexisting soul contracts that would prevent you from the two-way communication with your spirit guides.
